The workout plans are created by professional trainers and it is recommended to follow the exact order of exercises. However, if you are at the gym and the equipment you need is already in use, feel free to move on to the next exercise, but don't forget to do it afterwards. It's crucial to do all the exercises we planned for you and we think it's better to mix up the order than to rest for too long between exercises and lose the tempo.
