Finding out the fat percentage

If you want to know your fat percentage, there are a few ways you can find it out.

1. We recommend that you go to a personal trainer at your local gym and get him to measure your body fat using skin fold calipers.
2. You can also use an Electronic Bodyfat Analyzer. It's a handheld device that sends a small electrical charge sent through the body to estimate your body fat. Some scales even have this technology built in today.

3. The most accurate way of measuring your body fat is Hydrostatic Testing (underwater weighing). It is very expensive and you do need special equipment.

Whatever method you choose, make sure to take all your measurements at the same time during the day.
