Yes, that's correct. The diet plans  are made up of two different days that repeat themselves for one week. We feel this is a great way to get a routine that is easy to follow, but you don't eat the same food every day.

Dagsform has a lot of different diet plans and we designed it so you can only see the diet plans that fit your goal, therefore it is necessary to update your weight regularly as the diet plans change accordingly.
