routine that is easy to follow, but you don't eat the same food every
Dagsform has a lot of different diet plans and we designed it so you can only see
the diet plans that fit your goal, therefore it is necessary to update
your weight regularly as the diet plans change accordingly.
We recommend using our diet plans as a suggestion that you can adjust to your needs. It is very easy to delete food items and add new ones, but always make sure you don't go over your calorie goal for the day.
