What is the recommended percentage of carbohydrate, protein and fat in my diet plan?

Although not everyone agrees on this subject, according to US. Dietary Guidelines, the correct ratio is the following:

Protein should provide 10-35% of the number of total calories, carbohydrates should provide 45-65% and fat should provide 20-35%.
