Saving a diet plan

If you decided to bring a personal touch to your diet plan, you can always save it by clicking the "Save new plan" beside the date in the diet tracker. This will bring out a popup where you have the possibility to name your plan, write a short description and choose a starting date.

For your information, the system saves 7 days in a row as a diet plan and the starting date you choose should be the first day of seven past days in a row that you want to save as a plan.
