We designed the diet plans for 7 days or one week.
They consist of two days that alternate for one week, so that day 3 is the same as day 1, day 4 is day 2 and so on. We believe this is a great way to get a certain routine, without eating the same food every single day.
If you enjoyed your diet plan, you can choose the same diet plan again after one week. If you want more variation, you can always choose a new one from the multitude of Fitbook diet plans.
